LIMITED WARRANTY
At 77 Contractor LLC, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and are committed to delivering results that stand the test of time. That’s why we offer a Limited One-Year Warranty on qualifying services provided by our team.
This warranty covers peeling, blistering, or chipping of the applied materials resulting from workmanship deficiencies. It is valid for one (1) year from the date the work was completed.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
This limited warranty applies to projects where:
- 77 Contractor LLC provided all labor and performed the work under a formal agreement.
- The full payment has been received for the services rendered.
- The customer provides access to the property for warranty inspections and repairs.
If eligible issues occur, we will:
- Assess the affected areas.
- Provide touch-ups or repairs to correct the specific problems covered under this warranty.
All repairs will be performed using materials similar to those originally used but may vary in exact color or finish.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover:
- Work involving materials not supplied by 77 Contractor LLC.
- Surfaces that are subject to constant moisture or horizontal exposure, such as decks, railings, walkways, or roofs.
- Damage resulting from structural defects, improper maintenance, weather extremes, natural disasters, fire, vandalism, or negligence.
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration due to environmental exposure.
LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser listed in the signed contract.
- Claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
- The customer is responsible for providing proof of payment and original agreement.
- This limited warranty represents the sole express warranty provided by 77 Contractor LLC. No other warranties, express or implied, shall apply.
- The maximum liability of 77 Contractor LLC shall not exceed the original contract value.
