7&7 contractors remodeled my bathroom. Specifically to put in a walk in shower. My bathroom is beautiful!! The remodeling and painting was done very well. Also the clean up afterwards was a bonus. I would recommend these guys for any remodeling or paint job.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nery and his crew; we had a previous contractor come in first and not only botched the job but didn’t finish despite weeks of work, and Nery’s team came in and fixed everything in 4 days. Everyone was punctual, had amazing attention to detail, and was respectful the entire way. Gave plenty of opportunities for feedback and adjustments. Very professional work and included a cleaning service at the end of the job.

Nery and his crew did a fantastic job repairing and staining my deck. He came to give an estimate very quickly, the estimate was extremely competitive, and they were able to get me on the schedule much faster than I expected. They were able to finish the work in one day for the repairs, and less than a full day for staining. Very happy with the work and have already recommended them to my friends!

I was looking to get new flooring and paint completed for my dining room. I was initially worried about the cost but 7&7 came out promptly for the estimate, was clear and quick with their estimate, explained everything perfectly and answered all of our questions. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable. They were able to start within a week with easy to follow directions on how we should prepare for their arrival, which was super helpful! Nery and his crew took care to put down floor coverings and plastic to protect surfaces and cabinets, worked diligently and were a joy to have in our home. The end result is amazing and I couldn't be happier. So happy in fact, I'll be having them do the same in my kitchen very soon. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very impressed by both the speed and attention to detail throughout the project. I had my main hallway, plus kitchen and dining areas painted as well as all trim and doors. The end result was very clean work, the job was done right the first time, and I think I got a great value.

This company is absolutely fantastic. They are extremely professional, very communicative, and do gorgeous work. They have completed both interior and exterior projects for me at two different properties. One property included painting shutters, bay window overhangs, installation of crown molding, and ceiling paint. Today they just finished another project for me at our new house where they painted our two story foyer, trim, doors, stairs down to the basement, and ceiling. They professionally draped everything prior to the start of the project and cleaned up beautifully at the end as well. We had three different companies come give us quotes and their prices were less than HALF of what the other companies were charging. I absolutely plan to use them again and highly, highly recommend Nery and his fantastic team.

7&7 Construction LLC painted the entire interior of my home, including the walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. I received estimates from four different contractors, and they beat every price by far. They did an excellent job and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Nery went above and beyond my expectations by even going into my attic to fix a skylight that needed to be reattached. Love these guys! They helped us get our house ready for sale and their work is beautiful and well-finished. They even went above and beyond and touched up some things we didn't explicitly ask for. They fixed our exterior door frames, painted the doors, patched up some areas inside and outside, power washed our house, re did our floors downstairs and painted our baseboards. Everything was so well done and the guys were very professional. It was easy to schedule with them and they were fast and efficient! Would 100% recommend their services!

7&7, specifically Nery and his guys were absolutely phenomenal to work with. The project was drywall, tape, spackle, and paint for our attic.
The work was great and they went above and beyond to address anything we asked (and even helped with some additional things without question). They showed up on time (if not early) and everything was done effectively and efficiently. They will absolutely be the first company we call for future projects.

What May Be Covered
- Defects directly attributable to workmanship performed by 7&7 Contractor LLC.
- Installation issues reported within the applicable warranty period.
- Corrective work required because original workmanship did not meet the agreed scope.
- Other workmanship concerns specifically included in the written project agreement.
What Is Typically Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect or lack of maintenance.
- Water intrusion, structural movement or conditions outside our scope of work.
- Damage caused by third parties or later modifications.
- Manufacturer defects in materials unless separately covered by the manufacturer.
