Terms & Conditions – Client Authorization & Communications Consent

By submitting this form, I represent and warrant that I am the legal owner of the property where the requested services are to be performed, or that I am an authorized agent acting on behalf of the property owner with full authority to request estimates, schedule services, and approve work to be performed by 7&7 Contractor LLC.

I further acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of 7&7 Contractor LLC, including any updates that may be published on the company’s official website.

By providing my contact information and submitting this form, I expressly grant 7&7 Contractor LLC, its representatives, employees, and authorized service providers permission to contact me using the information provided, including but not limited to:

  • Telephone calls (including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice technology)

  • Email communications

  • SMS or text messages

  • Appointment reminders and service notifications

These communications may relate to, but are not limited to:

• Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
